A welcome sight after driving up the hill to escape the noisy city below. This luxury home is waiting to receive you.

The grand entrance greets you. At your immediate left is a walk-in closet for your coat, and that of your guests. There is also a sizeable storage room, perfect for holding luggage ready for the busy traveler.

Immediately to the right is a bonus-den with view of front yard.

Straight ahead is the great living room, complete with fireplace #1, and a chandelier.

On our way to the kitchen, we pass the formal dining room, which is adjacent to the courtyard.

And what's that through the doorway?

Why, it's a butler's pantry!

Next, on our right, is living room #2 and Fireplace #2. There is a media niche for your widescreen and a bench built around.

To our left, is a very spacious kitchen, with cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and file floor.

Let's take a look at the left.

Double, convection oven and microwave are built in.

This kitchen is equipped with GE Monogram cooking and ventilation.

The kitchen wall to the south has a view of the backyard.

This is quite a counter. How many chefs did you say you had? Let's journey ahead now, through the doorway you see past the counter.

It leads to a door to the backyard and to an archway to another bonus room, which might make a wonderful reading room.

If we veer a little to the left, we can go up the back stairway to a giant bonus room, which could make a terrific exercise room or home theater.

We've just come up the stairs and turned around, so let's take a look up here.

Over that little wall is the stairway.

There's the far corner.

Here's a view from one of the windows.

And here's another.

Let's go upstairs!

In the evening, footlights safeguard your journey.

The stairway is truly elegant.

Looking down from the upstairs hallway at the living room and into the den, through the arched opening that divides them.

Looking further to the right we can see that, of course, the stairway is not inline with the entrance.

When we continue on, we approach the master suite which has a grand entrance of its own.

There's storage and a counter surface leading in.

And a huge, well-lit walk-in closet before we enter the actual bedroom.

Walking directly in, we see that the master bedroom has a fine city lights and Catalina view (on a very clear day).

Turning to the left, we see the cozy fireplace #3.

Farther left, we see the archway where we entered from our private master hallway.

Continuing, we can see more of our house through these windows. The courtyard is below.

Let's enter the immense Master Bathroom. Here's a genuine JacuzziŽ spa, towel storage, and the East vanity and sink. Look closely through the mirror to see the West vanity and sink.

We've turned to face the West vanity. There's a relaxing balcony just outside, and a warm shower behind us.

On a clear day, you can enjoy a Catalina view from the balcony...

...which is a great place to watch the sunset...

...especially on a clear day when you can see Santa Catalina Island.

Here's Catalina after a storm.

Large ships in the reflection off the water.

Two of the remaining four upstairs bedrooms are mini-masters...

...having their own private shower rooms.

Here are a few views from the other bedrooms.

Can't forget about the spacious backyard! (Landscaping coming soon.) Under the balcony is a nicely shaded, covered patio area.

Viewing the house from the southwest corner of our 16,000 sq.ft. lot. This is all one house. The two seemingly separate structures are connected and...

With a backyard measuring over 50x100 feet, your hardscape opportunities are virtually limitless! (Looking eastward)

Looking westward.

...the recessed area is a courtyard. This is truly an entertainer's dream home.

Architectural features include wrought iron that waits for your favorite plants.
